Minelab Vanquish Environmental Cover for Vanquish 340, 440, and 540 Control Boxes
Minelab Vanquish Environmental Cover for Vanquish 340, 440, and 540 Control Boxes
The Minelab Vanquish Environmental Cover is a fitted protective sleeve that shields the Vanquish 340, 440, and 540 control boxes from rain, dust, and impact during field hunts and storage. Vanquish owners hunting in wet conditions or storing their detector in dusty garages need a barrier that keeps moisture and debris away from the control panel without blocking button access. This cover stays on the detector during hunts, so you don't remove it when weather shifts mid-session.
What's Included with the Vanquish Environmental Cover
- Minelab Vanquish Environmental Cover for control box
Why Vanquish 340, 440, and 540 Owners Use the Environmental Cover
- Rain and splash protection: the cover shields the control box during drizzle and light rain, letting you keep hunting when conditions turn wet without worrying about water damage to the display or buttons.
- Dust barrier for storage: when your detector sits in a garage, shed, or vehicle between hunts, the cover keeps dust and grit away from the control panel.
- Button access maintained: the cover's design allows full control panel operation without removing the sleeve, so you adjust settings and discrimination mid-hunt without peeling back material.
- Universal Vanquish fit: one cover works across the Minelab Vanquish 340 metal detector, Minelab Vanquish 440 metal detector – Multi-IQ performance for coins, jewelry & relics, and Minelab Vanquish 540 metal detector & Pro Pack control boxes, so you can swap it between multiple Vanquish detectors if you own more than one model.
Fitted Sleeve Design for Vanquish Control Box Protection
The cover is a fitted sleeve that wraps the Vanquish control box and secures with elastic edges. Material is durable enough to resist tearing on brush and fence wire but thin enough that button presses register normally through the cover. The transparent window over the display lets you read target ID and settings without peeling back the sleeve. When you're done hunting, leave the cover on for storage, it doubles as a dust guard in your vehicle or closet. The cover is designed to fit over the control box, and you can swap it between multiple Vanquish detectors if you own more than one model in the series. Our team has fielded questions about protective accessories for years, and we've compiled metal detecting tips and FAQs that cover care routines for control boxes and other detector components.
How It Compares to Other Vanquish Detectors
The Environmental Cover fits all three Vanquish models, and each detector shares the same control box footprint. If you're deciding between Vanquish models, the table below compares the detectors this cover protects.
